To download CTeXplorer V2.0 beta (Online Flex version, requires Adobe Flash Player v9.0):

• Download the file ctexplorer_flex.zip . Unzip the file (it will create a directory called ctexplorer) and then and double click on the test.html file. This will open CTeXplorer in your default web browser.

Important: The Adode Flash Player security settings might prevent your local version of CTeXplorer from being able to load the data files. If you open CTeXplorer and the views are all empty or if it warns you about a security problem, then go to the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager website. On this website under the Global Security Settings add your CTeXplorer directory to the list of trusted locations by clicking on the "Edit locations..." drop down menu. Then reload the CTeXplorer test.html file and it should work.

To download CTeXplorer V1.0 (Java version):

• If you have already installed Java 1.5, you need to download the file
  ctexplorer.zip . Unzip the file and then and just double click on the the ctexplorer.bat file.
• If you do not have Java 1.5, you need to download the file
  cteplorer_jvm.zip and then unzip it and double click on the ctexplorer.bat file.

If you have Mac OS then go to the subdirectoty where you unzipped CTeXplorer and execute the ctexplorer.sh file instead.
